I started training at Soma St-Hilaire when the studio opened in May and have loved it since. EMS training at SOMA is efficient and effective, combining cardio, muscle training, and variety. Training three times a week, along with better habits, has led to gradual, healthy weight loss and improved well-being both physically and mentally. Tony and Annabelle are amazing trainers who are motivating and genuinely invested in my progress.

Even after only a few sessions at Soma, I can confidently say I’m thrilled with my experience.
